The BitSwarm team of prefessionals in depth

BitSwarm's core is composed by a team of specialized and highly skilled team of individuals. Each has his unique background but all of us share a passion for technology and complete customer satisfaction. We have gathered our experience over multiple years of work on various projects and in a multitude of companies until we got together to form BitSwarm. The main fields of expertise could be grouped into the following categories:

  • Core cloud, virtualization and storage technologies.
  • Data center networking and service provider connectivity.
  • IT project management and customer relations.
  • IT infrastructure design, architecture and security planning.
  • Server and services management with an emphasis on the Linux environment.
  • Server and services management with an emphasis on the Microsoft platforms.
  • Dedicated, customer oriented support.

With the first two categories our customers come rarely in contact but are the foundation of the services we offer. IT project management, architecture and design are key components when preparing and executing client as well as internal projects whereas server and services management is crucial when implementing the project. Our support team is goal oriented and proactive in nature and tries to maintain the service level as high as possible.
To affirm and independently recognize our knowledge our team members have achieved a number of certifications as described below.

Cisco certified network professinals (CCNP)

Cisco Certified Network Professional certification validates knowledge and skills required to install, configure, and troubleshoot converged local- and wide-area networks with 100 to 500 or more end-devices. The CCNP certifies the ability to work with medium-sized networks with technologies such as QoS, broadband, VPNs, and security-oriented features. For more info see this Cisco website.

Self-titled "the flagship" certification, the RedHat Certified Engineer (RHCE) is a mid to advanced-level certification that builds on topics like installation and configuration of a Red Hat Linux system and attaching it to a live network running network services and extends these concepts to include more advanced topics such as security and installing common enterprise networking (IP) services. For more information see this RedHat website.

Microsoft certified system engineers (MCSE)

The Microsoft certified system engineer is an industry recognized certification for expertise in topics like network security, computer networking infrastructure, Windows Server fine tuning, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft SQL Server, and other topics of both general networking interest as well as specific Microsoft products.
