Support options

BitSwarm support

For a complete and stable solution, every service shoud also include customer support. We offer the following support options:

  • Basic 24/7 email support
  • Technical email support
  • Extended phone support
  • Enterprise support


Basic 24/7 email support

This option is readily available for all BitSwarm cloud customers and includes:

  • 24/7 email support for questions regarding the cloud infrastructure
  • 24/7 email support for error reporting
  • ability to order on dmand cloud management

Technical email support

This option allows you to:

  • Use the same services as provided by Basic 24/7 support
  • Ask technical questions in connection with the BitSwarm cloud's infrastructure and get help with the infrastructure as well as the basic configuration of cloud machines (does not include any third party application)

Extended phone support

This option is very similar to the “Technical email support” with the difference that the customer can:

  • Contact the BitSwarm technical support by phone on a 24/7 basis
  • Active involvement of the BitSwarm technical support staff in the client's problem resolution

Enterprise support

The terms of enterprise support are agreed individually with each customer and are normally complemented by extended management of cloud infrastructure. Exaple terms include:

  • A flexible availability time (ie. from 9-17)
  • Guaranteed reponse time
  • Guaranteed priority
  • etc.
